Perfect for skiers on those days the mountain is closed.
You will be taken by coach to Whakahoro, the The boat journey through this most scenic part of the river with its vertical drops, narrow gorges and scenery that this section of the river is world renown for lasts about 4 hours. Upon our return to Whakahoro the coach will be waiting to take you back to your pickup point. Coffee, tea, lunch and coach travel are provided and included in the ticket price. Independent travelers and tour coaches are welcome to meet us at Whakahoro.

Price: $150 per person (includes the coach ride)
$110 per person (if you meet us at the boat)
Duration: All Day
Timetable: The coach departs Raetihi at 8.00am > Ohakune at 8.15am > National Park at 8.45am and arrives at Whakahoro at 10.00am.
The boat departs immediately and returns at 2.30pm.
The coach will then return you to your pickup point.
National Park at 4.00pm > Ohakune at 4.30pm and Raetihi at 4.45pm.
